Massive Single Family
We started this flip with a new crew, made up of two of our friends and us. This house was close to 4,000 sqft and every single inch of it needed help. We started by lowering the landing closer to the front door, where as before it ran the full length down the hall to the kitchen. This made the living room feel so much more open and inviting. The house came together beautifully in the end.
